What are the commonly used plastic materials?
Answering your questions about plastic material processing
As is well known, PPSU is a plastic material that can withstand temperatures up to 220 degrees Celsius and has good rigidity and toughness. Due to its unique properties, mold steel requires high hardening, and the drying and forming temperature of the material needs to reach a high dew point. But this material is suitable for making heat-resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, and insulation parts for instruments and equipment, and is popular among customers. We have successfully developed a tracking instrument casing for environmental use in collaboration with our clients.
Electric wood has good insulation, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and high mechanical strength, so it is commonly used in the manufacture of electrical materials such as switches, lamp heads, headphones, telephone cases, instrument cases, etc. We have made transformer component switches for our customers based on this material.
3. Thermoplastic elastomers such as TPE, TPU, TPV, etc. are also commonly used for encapsulation on the outer ring of shell parts as cushioning and aesthetic functions. They can also be wrapped between shells with water resistance requirements to provide a sealing effect.
